Dear Competitors and Attendees!
Your safety and comfort are extremely important to us. We are taking the threat of the Coronavirus COVID-19 very seriously. We are working closely with the hotel to take every precautionary measure possible to ensure the safety of our competitors and all attendees at our event! The hotel’s proactive measures have been in place since February 4, 2020. The hotel is taking extra steps in sanitizing public areas and cleansing hotel rooms:
– Hotel staff are assigned each shift, at frequent intervals, to sanitize all common areas including door handles, chairs, elevator buttons, Food & Beverage outlets, and all back of the house operation areas.
– Hotel staff use disposable wipes to wipe down commonly used surfaces (i.e., doorknobs, keyboards, remote controls, phones, desks) before each use.
– Hand sanitizer is available in commonly used areas throughout the hotel such as each guest room floor by the elevator, the front desk, food & beverage outlets, and meeting rooms.
– Hand sanitizer will be provided by the organizers throughout the Ballroom.
– Hotel uses industry-leading cleaning agents and disinfectants provided by Ecolab.
