This prize will be awarded to the top ten Pro/Am Teachers based on overall results and entries throughout the entire competition.

Minimum entry requirements are for qualification purposes, meeting the minimum requirements does not guarantee placement. Teachers with the highest point totals meeting the minimum requirements will be determined the winners.
ONLY ONE WINNER PER PLACE.
ENTRY POINTS will be awarded as follows:
• 1 point for each single dance Pro/Am entry danced
• 1 point for each multi-dance Pro/Am entry danced
• ½ point for each reduced rate Pro/Am entry danced
• 1 point for each solo and proficiency entry danced
In ADDITION, the FOLLOWING PLACEMENT POINTS WILL BE AWARDED for entries danced:
1st Place - 8pts
2nd Place - 7pts
3rd Place - 6pts
4th Place - 5pts
5th Place - 4pts
6th Place - 3pts
7th Place - 2pts
8th Place - 1pts
Each Recall - 4pts
TOP TEACHER PRIZE CALCULATION
Top Teacher Prize Calculation Example:
For example, if the teacher with the most points danced 225 entries, then no one has qualified for the 1st Place prize money (350 min. entries) or the 2nd Place prize money (250 min. entries). With the most points, this teacher will receive the 3rd Place prize money (200 min. entries) and the title of 1st Place Top Teacher. The teacher with the next highest number of points, and a minimum of 150 entries, will receive the 4th Place prize money and the title of 2nd Place Top Teacher. The next prize will go to the next top teacher with the next highest number of points and qualifying number of entries, and so on. A total of 10 top teachers will receive top teacher prizes per this calculation example.
